The Landing MN has operated day services for people experiencing homelessness since November 2020. For the past 18 months they had been searching for a permanent home. Ryan Nolander of Hamilton Real Estate Group assisted in the search and purchase of the former National Pawn Shop property at 426 3rd Ave. S by The Landing MN.

For the past year and a half we have been working with Ryan Nolander of Hamilton Real Estate to help our nonprofit The Landing MN secure a piece of property for its new home. Through multiple different negotiations on 2 different pieces of property, with hundreds of phone conversations, Zoom meetings and numerous other moments Ryan was there to answer any questions that we had, or to find out what the answer was.
