Hamilton Real Estate, Inc. unveiled a complete rebranding campaign today. For the last 40 years, Hamilton Real Estate has been one of Rochester’s most recognized and respected commercial real estate firms. The tradition of excellence will continue into the future with a new look and name: Hamilton Real Estate Group. Clients will receive the same great service they have come to expect from Hamilton with a more modernized approach.

Along with the new name clients will soon notice a redesign of the company’s website, logo, graphics, communications and correspondence. Hamilton Real Estate Group’s new brand assets will include a modernized logo along with an updated website and other visual communications that illustrates the cooperative element of Hamilton.

Hamilton Real Estate was founded by Mac Hamilton in 1979 with Mayo Clinic as his first client. The firm specializes in all aspects of commercial real estate including sales and leasing, property management and development throughout Southern Minnesota.  The Hamilton Real Estate Group consists of a team of seven which is led by its ownership group of CEO Mac Hamilton, President Jamey Shandley, and Vice President Chad Behnken.

Hamilton Real Estate also has a very active development arm which has been involved in numerous commercial development projects in Southeast Minnesota including Badger Hills, Circle Drive Business Center, Circle Drive Corporate Park and Oronoco Crossings.  Commercial development has been complemented by Multi-family development projects in Southeast Minnesota including Rochester, Owatonna, Faribault and a project planned to break ground in Byron in August of this year.
