The Park apartments in Kasson, MN. The idea for this 52 unit apartment building started in the fall of 2021, final approvals and construction started early August of 2022, and we opened in early June 2023. While Hamilton Real Estate was the developer, and Mohs Contracting was the builder, the project wouldn’t have been possible without the partnership and support from the City of Kasson, Dodge County, and the Kasson Mantorville School District.
