The Rochester property leased by K-Mart and Salvation Army at 201 Ninth Street SE was sold on January 30. Mac Hamilton represented the owner of the 121,844 square foot retail complex in the multi-million dollar sale. Negotiations began well before the February 28 closing of the K-Mart store was announced earlier this year.
