Rochester, MN – The Hamilton Real Estate Group is pleased to announce that Ryan Nolander will be joining their team in early October.

Nolander is currently President of Rochester Area Economic Development, Inc. (RAEDI), joining RAEDI in June of 2018.  Prior to joining RAEDI he was with the Albert Lea Economic Development Agency (ALEDA) for 13 years, the final 5 years as the executive director, and prior to this he held sales and support positions with regional media, marketing, and group benefit companies.

“I am honored and excited to be joining the team at the Hamilton Real Estate Group,” said Nolander. “I have always enjoyed the real estate aspect of economic development and I look forward to being able to focus my attention in this area and learn from Hamilton’s experienced team.”

Nolander, a southern Minnesota native, has a degree in finance from the University of St. Thomas and is certified as an Economic Development Finance Professional.  He is also a graduate of the Blandin Community Leadership Program and has past board experience in the childcare, community foundation, and comprehensive planning sectors.

Nolander resides in Rochester with his wife and their two young boys.  Nolander will begin with Hamilton on October 7, 2020.
