After three years with Hamilton Real Estate Group, Ari Kolas has joined its ownership group as a principal.
Ari has excelled in developing client relationships spanning from industrial leases to large scale investments and sales. His background in hospitality and retail has garnished business relationships that translate into growth for HREG and for the clients and investors that put their trust and ambitions in the experienced hands of our company.
Ari is currently one of our Lead Developers on the Courtyard Marriot Project that recently broke ground in Owatonna. Both the hotel and our renovation of the surrounding historic buildings are scheduled for completion in 2022. Not only does he have multiple listings available for sale and for lease throughout Southeast Minnesota, but Ari has maintained his role as a managing partner in His Family Business (Apollo Enterprises) and is excited to be heading into his 3rd year as a chair on the executive committee for the upcoming Rochester Greek Festival.
